The apartment is minutes away from JMZ and G trains, and a 10 minute walk to the Metro-Lorimer L train. Rent is $1,200, plus one month's security deposit ($1200). Heat and water are included and the utilities that aren't consist of electric, gas and wifi. There is no in-unit laundry, but there are 3 reliable laundromats less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
