My daughter Rebecca, 31 (Jewish) , is looking for a roommate to share a super bright and sunny 2BR 2BA apartment in upscale building in Williamsburg, next door to McCarren Park. Rent is $2953 each person (includes all building fees but not utilities).Building has parking (for a fee), gym included, patios, indoor spaces, seasonal outdoor pool. 7 minute walk to subway. in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher. Professional preferred. Rebecca works at Charles Schwab in Manhattan in person. She is friendly and down to earth. Looking for a roommate who is clean cut (no smoking/no vaping/no drugs) and respectful. Room available has its own full bath so you would not need to share a bathroom.

video attached is older. There is no pet in the apartment (it belonged to last occupant) and the furniture is different, but all common areas nicely furnished. The bedroom available is the smaller of the two bedrooms shown in the video.
