We have three sizeable bedrooms available in a huge, sunny, modern two-floor penthouse in an elevator building in Williamsburg. The apartment has tall ceilings with a large open kitchen (fully stocked with every appliance you can think of) and a furnished living room drenched in sunlight.

We have an in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and individual heater/AC units in every room. We also have a large private outdoor deck.

Utilities run around $120-$240, depending on ConEd's mood, and that includes a bi-monthly cleaning service for shared areas. The bathroom pictured is shared by 4 of the 5 roommates. The rooms are on the second floor and unfurnished, with a private closet for each room in the hallway.

The cost per room varies by size but hovers around $ 1,570/mo. based on size and amenity.

The building has a private gym downstairs, a package room for mail which can be opened with the fob, and indoor bike and car storage on the ground floor. We're located one block from the Lorimer L / Metropolitan G, an 8-minute walk to the JMZ Marcy stop, and there are 3 CitiBike stations within 2 blocks. There are tons of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and liquor stores nearby. We're a 10-minute walk to McCarren Park, and a 20 min walk to Domino Park and the North Williamsburg ferry.

We’re two girls in their late 20s and early 40s - all hard-working professionals who are clean, respectful, like to relax, and keep a good vibe at home. We are looking for quiet, respectful individuals who won't bring the party home and are enthusiastic about maintaining a stress-free, communal, and clean living environment. We’d love to fill the spot with someone who would fit in with us long-term.
