We are two brits living in Williamsburg and have a spare room for rent in our apartment. I am 28 and my roommate Riley is 31, we are both professionals working mainly from our Manhattan offices.
We enjoy the local dive bars and socializing on the weekends.
The room will have a shared bathroom with one other. It also has access to a decent gym downstairs, big games / communal room opposite the apartment door and has optional on site parking as well as a washer and dryer in unit. You also have access to the roof deck.
The apartment is furnished but the bedroom won't be, the current tenant is happy to negotiate a good price for the current room furnishings. The room is medium sized but does come with a WFH space in the living room and it's own small private balcony.
