Looking to find a roommate for my 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment in Williamsburg for a November move in date

ABOUT THE ROOM
Bedroom is roughly 16 x 10 feet
6’ hall, featuring a walk-in closet, which leads to an en suite bathroom.
As seen from the pictures, there’s ample space for a bed, desk, bookshelf, dresser, etc.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
For starters, it’s in a newer building (built during the in the last 20 years ).
The living room and kitchen are separated by a kitchen island - both are very large, even by Williamsburg standards.
Unit gets a lot of light.
Unit is on the 3rd floor, so it avoids a lot of street noise.
Unit has plenty of amenities like central air, a dishwasher, washer and dryer (for the building), and an extra storage unit in the basement.
Unit also has access to a finished rooftop.

AREA
-Located on the corner of Bedford Ave and Grand street, this apt. is right in the center of everything, Near all great stores, bars, restaurants, movie theaters, gyms and all of the amazing convinces of Williamsburg
-7 min walk to the Bedford Ave L train
-15 min walk to the JMZ Marcy Ave
-PARKS/REC: Close to Domino Park, McCaren Park, lots of bike paths
-GROCERIES: 5 min walk to Whole Foods and Food Town (but lots of bodegas even closer)
