NEIGHBORHOOD: Williamsburg's infamous, notorious, fabulous. Apt is just off the 1st stop outside Manhattan; you can get anywhere from here, faster than almost anywhere in NY. Equidistant btwn 2 subway lines (L & G) + 2 CitiBike stations, all within 3 blocks either way. Despite all that, this block & bldg are pretty quiet.

ME/ROUTINE. I’m an actor, director & photographer, currently in a directing class intensive, so pardon the lags in response. Also a Gemini, if it comes to that. I wfh until mid-afternoon, then I'm out until around 9:30 p. m. Best roommate situations have been 9-to-5 professionals & grad students with in-person schedules, so that we have good overlap, good personal time.

Clean, organized, quiet, friendly former Airbnb “superhost.” I get along w/ and treat people well. That said, I tend to get tunnel-vision immersed in professional projects & deadlines.

The apartment is deliberately minimalist with a clean, open aesthetic. I appreciate peeps who can appreciate that ; ) I'm the leaseholder.
