I’m an actor & fotog. Best past roommates have been 9–5 professionals & grad students. Room fully furnished except bed, measure 10' x 11'; kitchen fully stocked w/ quality utensils, very good condition.

• 3 blocks from Bedford Avenue Station
• L to Union Square/6 min ride/12 door2door
• Equidistant between L & G
• Sunny, corner apt - 11 windows total
• Hardwoods floors
• Well maintained

NEIGHBORHOOD: Williamsburg's infamous, notorious, fabulous. Apt is just off the 1st stop outside Manhattan; you can get anywhere from here, faster than almost anywhere in NY. Equidistant btwn 2 subway lines (L & G) + 2 CitiBike stations, all within 3 blocks either way. Despite all that, this block & bldg are pretty quiet.

ME. I'm a creative & artistic sort, possibly a bit of a geek, 2 working as a theatrical photographer, actor, math tutor, and Gemini if that matters.

Clean, organized, quiet, friendly former Airbnb “superhost.” I get along w/ and treat people well. Very conscious of rapport w/ roommate + respecting personal space/time. That said, I do get immersed in professional projects & deadlines.

ROUTINE. My sched varies depending on the lead project at the time; I usually work out in the morning, work mid-morning. to late afternoon; shoots or rehearsals or the gym often take me out for the eve. Either way, a 9–5 professional or student will routinely have personal time & space alone.

The apartment, while not quite minimalist, has a clean, open aesthetic - I appreciate peeps who can appreciate that ; ) I'm the leaseholder and would be glad to verify id in person.
