Hello! We will have one room available on Aug 1st in a spacious duplex, just a 1-minute walk from the Bedford L train. You can't beat this location and space for the price!

The lower level of the apartment (2nd floor of the building) has 2-br / 1 bath. There is a very spacious and sunny shared living room and kitchen on this floor as well.

The upper level of the apartment has 3-br / 1 bath. This is where the available room is. The room is larger than the average NYC bedroom and can comfortably fit a bed, desk, dresser, table, TV, etc. It also includes a shared balcony! The other 2 roommates are female professionals in their early 40s.

I have lived in the apartment for 10 years and absolutely love it! I freelance in the film industry, so I sometimes work from home, and sometimes I am on set.

We're looking for a roommate who is tidy, friendly, quiet and committed to doing a *mandatory* weekly chore (which we rotate) to keep the space clean.

We're a block from Whole Foods, Levain, and Sweetgreen; 3 blocks from the ferry; and a short walk from Trader Joe's and Domino Park. Manhattan is 1 subway stop away, and Union Square is 3 stops away.
