1 Bedroom WillamsBurg Apartment!

Hello I am a travel blogger that travels around the world. I am leaving for a couple of months and I need a temporary or permenant tenant for the rest of my lease or a couple of months. My lease end October 1st, 2023. I have a beautiful huge 1 bedroom/1 Bath apartment in Williamsburg with natural lighting. My place is partly furnished because of covid my furniture is on back order. My place comes with washer and dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher. I have a closet storage space for your items. My place comes partly furnished with a bed/ mini couch/chair an island to dine on and a tv. I have my pups crate that will be in the corner of the place. I prefer no animals because I have neighbors that complain about the barking. I am looking for a tenant that is okay with a partial furnished apartment. Someone who is very quiet and can respect the neighbors. absolutely no parties or loud music. I need someone that is very clean and responsible. Utilities and wifi are included so you won't have to worry about that. I don't use cable but my tv has Netflix hooked up to it and other apps.
