This is a 700 sqr ft private space in a 1400 sqr ft duplex. The entire complex is newly renovated with lots of lights on ceilings and walls.

There is a large backyard with private access, + washer and dryer in the building and easily accessible, operated by an app.

Downstairs:
Your space is the entire downstairs area (700 sqr foot), which includes a bedroom, large living room, work/study space, plenty of space to store clothes in drawers or hang them, half bathroom. You have 2 entrances, one entrance goes directly to downstairs, the other entrance goes to the upstairs area. (Your own private shower is located upstairs). You also have access to the kitchen upstairs (shared space).

Upstairs:
This is also another 700 sqr foot space, 2 bedrooms upstairs that are occupied by two very nice and respectable, young professionals who are in the fashion industry. The large kitchen and living room is shared between all.

*Please note—While you will have a completely private downstairs space with a separate entrance, microwave, and mini fridge, any full meal preparation would take place in the shared kitchen upstairs. The only other time you would need to go upstairs is to access your private shower. The tenants upstairs use a separate shared bathroom.
