You’ll be living in an enormous room with a newly renovated private bathroom and ample personal storage space in a quiet duplex brownstone apartment in prime Williamsburg, less than two blocks from the Lorimer L/Metropolitan G - a short walk from McCarren Park. The room can easily accommodate a queen size bed, desk, couches and other furniture. The first floor of the apartment features a full kitchen and two large fully furnished living rooms with an entertainment system, turntable, and couches that are shared with your other two roommates. The apartment also has a huge private backyard that's perfect for entertaining guests or unwinding after work, complete with plenty of patio furniture, a bar, grill, smoker, fire pit and hammock. A portion of the backyard is shaded by a canopy of natural concord grape vines, and the entire space is outfitted with electric lighting that makes it perfect for summer nights. This is a 12 month lease that starts on July 1st, but once approved you can begin moving in your things at your convenience. Your roommates are an attorney and software engineer in their late 20s/early 30s. Guarantors are welcome, but our landlord requires tenants with a solid credit score (ideally >700) and employment, though there are no strict income requirements. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who plans to work from home - the entire space has high speed internet and full wifi coverage throughout the apartment and backyard.
