Amazing room w/ a view in luxury Williamsburg Apt

Hello! I am looking for a roommate for an mid-July - August 1st Move-in. One year lease for $1950/month. Move-in date can be somewhat flexible if needed before August 1st.

Spacious, bright bedroom with private bathroom in a 2 bedroom luxury apartment in Williamsburg overlooking the bridge and Manhattan skyline. The apartment is large and full of natural light. Dimensions in the picture are of the available bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has granite floors, sandstone walls and an oversized deep soaking tub. Apt features tons of amenities including: In-unit washer/dryer, central heat and AC, all stainless steel Viking appliances, hardwood floors, elevator, extra storage unit in the basement, bike room, package/mail room, Verizon Fios Gigabit internet, and more. Building provides a full-time superintendent and video security. Common areas of the apartment are currently furnished- available bedroom would not be, but I have some extra furniture if needed (no bed though). Windows are are double paned so you barely hear outside noise.

Amazing location! Near Domino Park, Kent/Broadway areas. Short walk to the L/J/M trains and across the street from the South Williamsburg ferry stop. Great grocery store and wine shop just downstairs from the apartment. Tons of other coffee shops and restaurants in the area.

About me (roommate): 29 year old tech professional, easy-going and friendly, looking for a pleasant, chill environment to come home and relax. In a normal (non-covid) world I travel a lot for work/pleasure so you would have the apartment to yourself fairly often. I prefer to keep the space clean and neat so am looking for someone who would do the same. I’m pretty relaxed about having guests as long as they are responsible and respectful of the apt/building. Can’t host large parties because there are mostly families that live in the adjacent apartments, but some noise on weekends is generally ok.

Couples welcome but rent would be adjusted to $2600. Some pets ok. No cats. Dogs considered on a case by case basis. Would need to pay additional security deposit for pet.
