Hi! We are looking for a third female roommate in her 20s to move in Dec 1st!

Currently one roommate works from home and the other works in the afternoons.
We have active social lives and go out often, but when we’re at home we are cozy, hygge, and fall into a night owl habit. We’re not very active in the kitchen, but love to curl up for a movie night!

Seeking somebody who has a good social circle and is independent and a courteous housemate ❣️ We live along the JMZ subway so it’s a busier street but we love the proximity to transit and haven’t had any problems in the 6 years we’ve been here :)) Our current roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, no bad blood.

About the room:
-Rent is $1383 a month
-Utilities not included (usually around $70-130 monthly depending on the season)
-Large enough for a King sized bed
-Two windows with roof access
-Large closet
-Full bath shared with one other roommate
