Sunny room in a quiet, top-floor, 2 BED/1 BATH apartment in Williamsburg. Hardwood floors, big windows, minimalist aesthetic.

The bedroom is large and can fit additional furniture such as a desk, chair, bookshelf, etc. The bedroom has an attached sizeable closet with extra storage above it. The room is street facing but is very quiet as we are on the top floor and do not get much traffic on our street. There is one window and it gets LOTS of natural light. (it is north oriented)

Apartment:
The apartment was newly renovated and is well maintained. It includes beautiful hardwood floors, a sizeable outdoor space off the kitchen. We are on the top floor of the building so the apartment is very quiet. There is LOTS of natural light throughout. The common area is an open plan with a living space, dining area, and kitchen.

Area:
The location couldn't be better. We are 3 blocks away from (Hewes JMZ Stop) an 8 min walk from the Marcy Ave station (M, J, Z trains) and an 8 min walk from Lorimer/Metropolitan (L, G trains). We are very close to everything Williamsburg has to offer and very accessible to Manhattan which is one stop away.

Move-in Requirements:
First months rent and security deposit.

The room is available on April 15.
Rent $1100 + $80 Utilities
