Hi😊 We have 1 room in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment for sublet through September 1 with flexible April 1 start date and option to hop on the lease. I’m so sad to be leaving but am moving cities for work. Highlights below:

-Heart of Williamsburg - minutes to amazing bars/restaurants/parks/vintage & thrift stores, L/G/M/J/Z trains; easy walking/biking access to Manhattan over the Williamsburg bridge
-Huge private back patio
-Dishwasher, lots of pantry space and cabinets
-Big living room with couch, chairs and TV with shared access to all streaming platforms
-Free laundry & storage in basement
-3 units/stories in the building but ground floor unit is empty
-Room itself is large & sunny with view of the street, includes built-in remote controlled AC unit & mirrored closet with shelves, space for lots of hangers, and drawers. I have a full bed with a desk and night table but could definitely fit a queen etc.
-Roommates are both students and are covid tested weekly, wonderful girls in their early twenties who are respectful, clean, friendly and so much fun to hang out with and get to know. I’m devastated to be leaving them
-One roommate has a very sweet, small cat who mainly keeps to her room but definitely can provide emotional support to all roommates. She’s the cutest
-Rent/utilities are paid via Venmo/quickpay monthly. Utilities are split equally between all 3 roommates and usually come out to $40-$50 per month (electric+wifi)
-$875 security deposit + first and last month rent will be due by start date
