Two rooms available in hear of Williamsburg!

The apartment is a 4 bed/ 2 bath duplex in Williamsburg. Month to month, first and security to move in.
We have two rooms available! The first room available is about 13x13 with a large closet $1100. The second is 12x12 with a large balcony! There is laundry available in the basement of the building, along with basic work out equipment, and access to a large roof with amazing city views!
We?re looking for a laid back, responsible, clean roommate. We all keep varied hours and primarily keep to ourselves, but are mindful and respectful of keeping common spaces clean and noise levels throughout. LGBTQI+ / 420 friendly. No cigarettes in the house and no cats unfortunately!
About us- Dana, 28 y/o hair colorist from Michigan, has lived in NY 6 years. Enjoys going to new restaurants and museums in free time.
Carolyn, 24 y/o from Rochester. Has been in the city 3 years and works in sales. Has a cute little pup Harry who stays in her room! Enjoys concerts and working out in free time.
The G, L, J, M are all within a 10 min walk, as well as multiple grocery stores and plenty of bars and restaurants!
