One room is available in a 2 bedroom in Williamsburg, minutes from the JMZ stop at Marcy Ave, and 10mins or so from the L and the G. So its great for commuting into Manhattan.

Neighborhood:
Lots of great bars, restaurants, coffeeshops and little shops in the area (for whenever this lockdown ends) but the streets don't get too noisy plus we don't have street-facing windows. It's also walking distance to Domino Park on the river and McCarren Park, which has a running track. Lots of grocery, laundry, and other essential errand options in the area.

Apartment:
It's a one year lease with the option to renew. We're located on the third floor of a walkup. The apartment itself is furnished. Your room can come furnished or unfurnished. The cat that you might spot in the pictures belongs to the outgoing roommate so won't be here when you move in.

Roommate:
You'll be living with one other person (me). I'm a 30 year old freelance writer who moved to NY from Austria two years ago (originally from CA). I'm clean and easygoing/friendly.
