Great 3br apt in Prime Williamsburg! I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom from June 1st to August 31st - option to sign 1 year lease after. 1,100 a month with a 1,100 deposit. I am moving or I would have definitely re-signed. The living room is small, but with a little decoration skills, it has become very homey!
