This cozy room includes your own personal balcony. Will fit a queen sized bed but is honestly better for a full. There are 3 closets available. One window and large windowed door to balcony gives you great light all day. Two bathrooms and large living space that is furnished. The room for rent does have a twin futon couch/bed that can be used if needed.

You will have access to the apartment's large, private roof deck, furnished with a table, chairs, and small grill. This is great in the summer for BBQ's, etc.

Apartment is located in very close proximity to the Williamsburg Bridge; equal walking distance to the L train, G train and the J/M trains and the Ferry. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants.

About us: We're fun-loving, but not really a party house, so we're looking for someone who is on the same page. We are both active, busy people who work a lot or are out with friends. In our downtime, we like to just chill, watch movies and cook.
