Private room w/ en suite in 2br/2ba Williamsburg

Hi everyone! While certainly not the ideal time, I have a great room with en suite, private entrance and deck available starting March 1 (flexible) in South Williamsburg. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease that ends May 30th so flexible on a move-in date. I can provide a virtual tour or figure out an arrangement with the proper protection.

The Apartment:
2 bedroom/2 bathroom of a second story in a two family home. The apartment is entered through a lovely, flower-filled courtyard. Rooms are on opposite sides of apartment. Open plan living/dining, stainless steel appliances, in-unit w/d, wifi, A/C, heated hardwood floors, high ceilings and outdoor space.

Super close to the JMZ train and a short walk to the L train and East River Ferry.

The Room:
12'x14', sunny, quiet, clean bedroom with private entrance and full bathroom! Fits full or queen-sized bed comfortably. Comes with TV mounted on wall.

Monthly rent is $2050 plus utilities (~$70).

My roommate, who you'd be living with, is laid back, respectful, doesn't bring people over and keeps a tidy place. We enjoy wine on the couch or patio together and will occasionally go out for dinner and drinks, so she? d be happy to do the same with you! She works from home and we usually keep to ourselves during the week.
