I need one roommate to share my 2 BR apt. w/me in prime Williamsburg location. We have private bedrooms and share all common areas incl. bathroom.

Move in Sept 2019, must sign one year lease, can't have bad credit score lower than 650.

NO SHORT-TERM SUBLETS, NO COUPLES OR PETS,
NO SMOKING IN SHARED ROOMS, OR
HEAVY DRINKERS/HARD DRUGS.

Where: Skillman Ave. and Graham Ave. Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Italian neighborhood (safe & great food!) Prime location next to L/G-trains, cafes, markets, parks, shops, salons, laundry, ect... L-train 1min walk (10min to Union Square/connecting trains in Manhattan), Lorimer G-train 3-4min walk.

Apartment: 2002 building, 2nd floor, 600 sq. ft. apt. 2 bedrooms (one BR avail. unfurnished), bathroom w/tub, nice size living room-kitchen-dining room combo (all furnished w/tv), hardwood floors, huge window, lots of light, air conditioner. Heat control in apt. No dishwasher or laundry in building. Laundry one short block over. Street parking if you own a car.

Available bedroom: unfurnished, size: 11.5' x 8.5', sliding closet doors w/storage above, air conditioner, and hardwood floor.

Your rent: $1300 + Utilities (gas/heat/elec./internet wifi) approx. $80-100 mo. each. Rent is less expensive than others in area because I've been here 10+ years.
