Prime Williamsburg Room for Rent

Looking for a new roommate for our townhouse on Devoe Street. There is an enormous kitchen, living room/dining room area and large (Private!) backyard. We are located 2 blocks away from the G at Metropolitan, Lorimer L Train Stop, and less than a minute walk from bodegas, convenient stores, cafes, laundromat, grocery store, etc.

The room is quite sizable - fits a queen size bed, desk, night stand, closet, chest of drawers, and bookshelves. The room also has a closet, (additional closet in hallway dedicated to room's occupant) and a window- its ground floor and has safety bars and perfectly fits the A/C unit that's included.

We tend to keep things as tidy as possible in the common spaces. We do our best to avoid dishes in the sink, wipe down stove and kitchen counter after cooking, etc. and are looking for someone with the same mindset. We do have a cleaning lady come in once every 2 weeks to help out as well.

You would be living with 5 guys-- a photographer/graphic designer, a pro writer, a fish monger, an actor/server, and a cafe manager. Everyone is between the ages of 30 and 40. We are an open-minded, friendly bunch! (Side note: The bedroom is shares a wall with kitchen/living room so it can get noisy when people are playing music/having friends over. Roommates are understanding about asking to keep the noise down.)

The room is $1100, INCLUDING BILLS! Everyone chips on $60 a month for housekeeping and internet. $1000 security and $1100 1st month's rent to move in. The apartment is month-to-month and has been for the entire two years I've lived here.

(You should be full time employed, no trust fund kids or interns. No couples, no pets, no trump supporters.)
