$1200 Sublease (Opt. Furnished)

1 Bedroom open for sublease in a 3BR/1BA in Williamsburg (South 3rd St.). The room is available as unfurnished or a full bedroom set of furniture can be purchased (~$800 OBO).

Looking for a mid-to-long term roommate. Sorry, no couples or pets, it's just not suitable for four people.

5 min walk to Marcy JMZ. 8-10 min walk to Bedford L.

Current roommates are mid 20's male & early 30's male. Both work in advertising.

Both of us are pretty clean. The cleanliness level in the pics is pretty much an everyday occurrence. I didn't straighten up for the pics.

The apartment has an open kitchen/living space and gets a ton of natural light.

We have a lot of kitchen appliances (Espresso machine, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, etc.), supplies, pots & pans, so unfortunately, there's not much space to bring your own.

The bedroom can either be empty or will feature a nice Macy's matching set ? a queen bed frame + mattress 6-drawer dresser, and side table. Huge closet with shelves as well.

We have central A/C and heat and are not real stingy with it. But utilities aren't a ton every month.

We have PS4 and YouTube TV.

Laundry in building.

Big patio on our floor that's incredible in the summer. Couple of charcoal grills out there for general use. Roof exists but is not used.

We also share a balcony with the apartment next door, but I've only ever seen them out there twice. It's basically ours.
