Spacious, quiet room with natural light and large closet. Skylight and window onto an unused but very green yard. Great neighborhood full of stores, parks, bars, gyms, and EXCELLENT restaurants. One block from Bedford Avenue L train, and about 10 minutes' walk to the G train. B62 bus stops about 50 feet from our door.

We have two bathrooms, so you will only have to share with one person. We have a large living area with a TV and a nice kitchen with oven and 4-burner range.

This is a non-smoking, non-party house that keeps the common spaces relatively clean and quiet. We value having a calm place to crash. Everyone here is friendly, but we are largely independent.

UTILITIES vary, but are usually about $50 / month. This includes high-speed Wifi. An AC unit is included in your room.
