Hello!
I'm seeking a roommate for my Beautiful N. Williamsburg 2BR apt (1st Stop on L Train)
Available: 9/15/26 (Move-in date flexible up to 1 week in either direction).

Looking for a kind, mature, and reliable professional, (students considered) ideally 25-50, working outside of the apartment to share a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom apartment.
I am a WFH artist in my 50s who keeps a peaceful, creative, and welcoming home. My wonderful 25yo roommate of 4 years has just relocated for work, so I'm looking for a great new match. Note: I have a sweet senior cat, so applicants must be cat-friendly! One additional pet will be considered.

The Apartment & Location:
Located in a renovated, historic building on a quiet, tree-lined street in North Williamsburg nearby parks, rstrnts, cafes, bars, shopping, etc. First-floor unit with 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and windows in every room. Two in available bedroom!

The Perks & Rent:
Rent: $1,500/month. One month refundable deposit & first month rent up front + signed roommate agreement.
All Utilities Included: Gas, electric, and high-speed internet.

Amenities Included: Every major TV streaming service, a regular cleaning service for common spaces, all apartment cleaning supplies, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.).

House Culture:
I love an environment that is clean, non-judgmental, and relaxed. I enjoy winding down with a glass of wine or a cocktail with or after dinner. It's definitely not a requirement, but it would be lovely to occasionally share a drink or a chat (over a meal?) if we get on well!

The Vibe: This is a peaceful, mindful environment. While it is a social and welcoming space, it’s not a party house. I’m looking for someone with a similarly relaxed lifestyle who values an artistic home.

Requirements:
Verified identity and confirmed financials (proof of income/credit check) required.

Non-Required, but would be Cool:
It would be nice to live with someone who is well-traveled, or enjoys traveling. Someone who values my politics 🌊 just to keep the peace. And also someone who wouldn't mind watching a film or series together from time to time. But these r not Deal-Breakers!
