I'm looking for a roommate to fill the 2nd bedroom in a large 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Williamsburg. Room is available now and am looking to fill by July 15th. Looking for someone to sign the lease for 12 months. Apartment is a neighborhood anomaly at just $1400/month per person ($2800 total) + internet & cable, (electricity and gas are included up to $200/month), additional $1400 security deposit is required and will be returned when you move out. Plenty of closet/storage space. Shared bathroom. Apartment is furnished, bedroom is not. Subways are about a 7-10 minute walk to the Bedford L, and Marcy Ave J, M, Z. Apartment is in an amazing location (S 3rd and Wythe) close to all the Williamsburg action but off the main strip so it's calmer and quieter, 1 block from the river, Domino Park, and a great bike path. Looking for a roommate who is full-time employed and a non-smoker. I am a female, and a full time publicist in Manhattan and love coming home to Brooklyn at the end of the day.
