I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting December 1st. Earlier move-in in November is also possible. The lease ends in July 2027.

Rent: $1,250/month, water included. Electricity and Wi-Fi are usually around $70/month combined.

Convenient location with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby

Roommates:
You'll share the apartment with two female roommates in their mid-20s. Both are quiet and respectful. Looking for a female roommate who is clean and responsible.

Requirements:

Annual income of at least 40x the monthly rent and a credit score of 700+, or a qualified guarantor

Landlord approval required for the lease takeover
