Newly renovated top floor apartment with all new appliances, washer & dryer, oven, and dishwasher. Two of the rooms (including master bedroom) face away from 5th Avenue. 5th avenue in general can be quite noisy. All around nice neighborhood with food, grocery, shops, banks, post office, hardware stores, etc.

2 of our 4 roommates decided to break the lease early (1 year into a 2 year lease), leaving us with some hard decisions to make, regarding covering the higher rent prices.

We are ultimately deciding to leave the apartment entirely to new tenants. 4 people can definitely live here as we did, although to me, it seems like the right place for a family of 3 or 4.
