Room Available In Sunset Park 3BR Apt (D/N/R)

We are two professional friends living in a three-bedroom apartment, and we're looking for a third roommate to take the final bedroom. We are rarely home and hardly ever cook; when we are home, we're usually hanging out in our own rooms lol. We're looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Your schedule is really important to us because we try not to overlap our days off.
Please, no drugs, parties, or loud music in the apartment. No pets allowed either -I love animals, but the building management doesn't permit them.
The apartment's location isn't great for parking, but it's ideal for anyone taking the subway. We are just 10 minutes from Costco and Industry City, 4 to 8 minutes from the D, N, and R trains, and only a block away from Sunset Park.
