Second bedroom is also spacious (king bed would fit), and has a nice closet and a sky light. This room is $1333.33 a month.

Apartment is 3 minutes away from 36th Street station, connecting to the RWQD trains, and 5 minutes away from Industry City. Area features plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, storefronts, and gyms (+Costco).

Current resident is an assistant project manager. Enjoys voiceover work, cooking, and reading.
