Safe neighborhood with friendly and clean roommates. The rental is on the second floor and landlord lives on the first floor. Landlord is very helpful when it comes to bringing in packages so you never have to worry about missing packages.

Room can fit a queen size bed plus wardrobe and desk. The room is currently furnished with a full sized bed, two clothing racks, a saucer chair, lamp and storage chests; you can choose to move in with the place being furnished at a price or unfurnished.

Roommates are all women in their 20s and 30s in different professions; looking for another female roommate to takeover. No pets allowed.

Laundromat is a few minutes away with same day drop off. Train station is a 7 minute walk, and you can get to the city within 35-40 minutes during rush hour.
