About me: I'm a 36 year old woman who has lived here for 10 years. With my ex finally moved out, I'm looking for something to take the second bedroom. I work a basic office job, 8am-4pm in the city, and love coming home to a relaxed space. Happy to hang out or give each other chill time. I'm clean, responsible, and value open communication. Cats allowed but no dogs (sorry!). Bonus points if you're artsy or are a performer.

Looking for someone reliable who cleans up after themselves and not a trump supporter. No couples please (the space is a little too small for 3 people to live in). Open to short or long term stays.
