This is a very rare find. Luxury suite on own floor in this quiet family occupied architectural Brooklyn townhouse. Room is better than hotel. Room has balcony and window with treetop and sky views . We are a quiet family, kind, easy-going. Our 16 year old is LGBTQ+ and attends school Monday-Friday. My husband and I work remote and also go to Manhattan for office hours. Room has gorgeous and large soaking tub. Fully furnished including towels and linens. The home is 2 blocks from train station, 20 minutes to Manhattan, 2 blocks to the arts filled community of Industry City and the quiet of the famous Greenwood Cemetery. Adorable coffee shop on corner and convenience deli steps away. We are looking for a friendly female who is kind, polite, low maintenance, professional or student who preferably goes to work or school during the day, although not a must and appreciates high design.
