Private Room in a 3B2B in Sunset Park!

Hey! I've got a wonderful, and quiet private room in a beautiful neighbourhood on the 55th St. Furnished with books, desk and chair, wardrobe and additional storage, I am also leaving behind a guitar and monitor for the tenant to use. The house is well ventilated, has central heating and hosts a small living area with a sofa.

The bathroom is shared with one other person, and is extremely clean. The same can be said of the house. We clean the premises every 3rd day and are largely organised with our equipment.

The best part is that it's extremely accessible - the N train to Manhattan is 5 mins away by walk and so is the local R train. Sunset Park is a few streets up north, and a vibrant 5th avenue housing several delis and restaurants is 5 houses to the west!

There are 3 laundromat options within 4 mins of a walk.

Ideally, I am looking for someone that isn't too loud and can stick to ordering non-veg food - roommates are vegetarian and so can't have non-veg being cooked in the kitchen.
