Unfurnished but window AC is negotiable! Across the street from laundromat and around the corner from the R train. Looking for someone long term to sublet starting Nov 15 and join the lease June 15. Shared bathroom and kitchen with two nice and chill late-20s girls. No pets sadly but good birdwatching out the window.
