Two are on the other side of the kitchen, and you do Not see them much aside from entering apt and kitchen access. The last roommate is next door to you in the picture.

You share one bathroom w that one roommate.

Kitchen and fridge is shared by everyone. Currently none of the roommates utilize the kitchen much at all.

Roommates also keep to themselves and are relatively quiet as well. Half of them are students and/are working.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

About a 5-6 minute walk to the N/R 53rd street train station.

25-30min into Lower Manhattan

B37/B11 buses are just a block away

Largely a Hispanic neighborhood, and 8th ave is mostly Chinese. Plenty of delis, corner stores, super markets, sports bar down the block, plenty of food vendor trucks, east asian supermarkets on 8th and lots of different street food too.

Stores/markets do close early around here so food options limited if you're looking for food late night, just as a heads up. But the delis/food trucks are out if that is an option for you.

Microcenter and Costco are about 30 min walk or 15 min bike ride. Subway access is also available there too.

Whole Foods/Trader Joes are a 15-20min train ride + small walk to get too.

Blink Fitness Gym is right around the corner as well as Chase Bank

Not a noisy neighborhood, predominately residential and a family focused neighborhood.

There are the occasional firetrucks and ambulances and people revving motorbikes but nothing out of the ordinary.
