The room for rent is for females only in our private 3 family house located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, fresh paint and upgraded heating. The apartment has new stove and microwave. The room for rent is small, approx. 8 x 10. Its private and safe with a large window, high ceilings and exposed brick. All utilities (electricity, heat, A/C, WI-FI) are included in the rent. It's a short walk to N/R trains, 20 min express train to Manhattan. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, no living room. Two other females occupy the other bedrooms. The apartment is well kept and clean. We are all looking for a quiet, respectful non-smoker person. The room can be delivered empty or with a twin bad, desk or dresser in it.
