Spacious pet friendly room in Sunset Park

Please read carefully.

We have a very spacious pet friendly room available in Sunset park for a July 15 move in.

I would like to point out that this room has minimal natural light. The room does have a full sized window but it allows minimal natural light to enter.

The room is 21.5ft x 9.5ft with a high ceiling. The room has 2 small corner closets and a tall built in the wall bookcase. This room is ideal for a bedroom/WFM office setup.

The whole apartment consists of 3 large private bedrooms and a small bedroom that we’re deciding what to do with. At the moment 2 out of the 3 large rooms are currently occupied.
Joel and Matthew are both working professionals.
The kitchen and bathroom are the only shared spaces.

Wifi, gas, heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent. Electric is not included. Electric fluctuates based on usage. It does get high in the summer due to ac usage.

This is a month to month setup.
We are looking for responsible, clean and considerate individuals.

I’m going to emphasize the clean part. I will only consider individuals who are going to help keep the whole apartment clean and not just their room. Shared spaces must be kept clean by everyone. No excuses. If you’re someone who doesn’t believe in this please don’t waste your time.

We will verify employment, and may run a credit check for tenants who decide they want to rent the room after viewing.
