Sublet Available in Sunset Park, Brooklyn

Hello! I'm in search of someone to fill a room in my Sunset Park apartment starting November 1st. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful brownstone located between 4th and 5th avenues. After climbing two sets of stairs to get inside, the apartment itself is a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a shared living room and kitchen space. The room is $780 a month, not including utilities, and comes with a twin bed, a bed frame, and a book case. Utilities can vary, but usually end up somewhere in the $40-$80 range. The apartment is run on solar power, so they're not too expensive!

The R train is right around the corner, and there is a grocery store a few blocks away. There is no in unit laundry, but the laundromat is half a block away.

Move in is November 1st, and the landlady lives on the two floors below the apartment. She and her husband are almost always available for repairs. She asks that you be able to provide six months proof of previous rental payment, paystubs from your job for a couple of weeks or more, and a good credit score. She also asks that you be able to provide a security deposit of $780. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, unless of course they are a service animal.

About me really quickly! I'm a cis woman who works in a restaurant not too far from the apartment. I'm currently attending Hunter college and majoring in Classical Studies and Theatre, so I am a big ol' artsy nerd. I'm kind of introverted, and stay to my room but I'm almost always down for a chat.
