Spacious 1 Bdr with ideal roomates

Tried to get a 360 of my room via pics

Subletting my room starting Jan or feb 2020. If you like, feel free to continue renting with my kind housemates after July 15.

Must have: Good credit score, Letter of employment, ID, Pay stubs, bank statements
Utilities: ~$40 (internet, gas, electric)
No pets :(

The room:
High ceilings,
bright ceiling light
able to fit a long desk
Full bed
+ other needed furniture
nice size closet with above storage
natural light bleeds in nicely

The apartment:
Shared Kitchen & Bathroom
Open Living room
This room is on the opposite side of the other roommates so it's quite private/ quiet, LOL TBH sometimes I never know if people are home or not
packages deliver without hassle

The roommates:
both young working gals who are nice and relaxed. They bring none-one guest. If they ever bring guests, they stay in their own rooms. Understanding/flexible on how home responsibilities. Respectful of each other's space, privacy, cleanliness. Communicates well with others, Asian, so no shoes in the house pls. One is rarely home, the other rarely leaves her room. Ideally someone also low-key and sees home a place to recharge

The neighborhood:
-Very family friendly and young adults
- safe
- subway is right up the block
-up the block is a sweet taco space and two different laundry services, hella bodegas
- block away from park
- Industry city near by for food court and shops
- Crunch gym nearby and lots of options for outdoor fitness
- American, Japanese, Chinese, America, and (I think Italian) market within blocks
- Costco nearby

TBH sad to leave b/c everything is pretty solid but I need to be closer to work Less
