Hello, I am a 35 yr old professional looking to fill out the 4th bedroom in my 4/1 apartment in Sunset Park. The bedroom has its own private entrance with a keypad lock and a bright window facing the street, which brings tons of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a twin-size bed (storage drawers underneath), wardrobe, desk, mini-fridge, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need so you can make full use of it.
The apartment is conveniently located in Sunset Park, literally steps away from 59th street N or R trains express subway station and close to the Sunset Park Pier for ferry easy access. There is a 24hrs deli right in the corner, next to the laundromat as well as a 24hr Rite Aid a block away. There are plenty of Latin restaurants around and Chinatown is 10 min away from walking. $1200 per month plus electricity (gas and internet is included)
I am looking for a clean, responsible person that is mindful and respectful of their roommates.
I am flexible with the length of the lease, month to month is fine.
