3 bedrooms available on the second floor in my very large property.

I live on the first floor with another lodger but we don't share any facilities with the second floor, so you and the other two housemates will get the whole floor to yourselves!

We all share an entrance to the main property but there's a door to the second floor which has its own lock (myself and the lodger don't use this door).

You'll have to pay for gas and electric costs.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom is shared between yourself and the other two housemates on the second floor. Air conditioning in every bedroom.

Easy access transit B&Q trains. Beach and restaurants very close to the property!

1 year term. No pets. No couples. Working professionals preferred.
