Room in sunny artistic 2BD loft

Hello beautiful people,

I’m renting a room in my loft in Red Hook, in the iconic Monarch Luggage Factory building. It’s about a 15‑minute walk to the F and G trains and a 10‑minute walk to the waterfront. The building has a gorgeous rooftop with sweeping Manhattan views, and the loft is on the 4th floor right next to the roof entrance, so it’s super easy to enjoy sunsets and fresh air.

The space
I’m the only human occupant of this loft, plus two well‑maintained cats (a Litter‑Robot takes care of the smell).

The room
The room is small but has plenty of storage and can accommodate a private workspace. Additional storage and workspaces are available downstairs. It has three small windows (two facing the loft and one with a skyline view). The entrance to the room is a floor hatch/lid, which adds to the unique loft character.

I live here with my two friendly cats, so this is a good fit for someone who likes animals and is comfortable living with them. There is no smell in the loft, and I vacuum their shed fur quite often.
I’m a graphic designer, visual artist, and filmmaker who works from home. I’m calm and clean, LGBTQ+ friendly, and I value communication, respect, and a peaceful, creative atmosphere. I love driving to the beach, watching sunsets, and old films. I’m interested in spirituality and the science of consciousness.

About you
You have a job and stable income, ideally with a hybrid work setup. You are clean, respectful, and you like animals. You don’t have too much furniture, so you can fit comfortably into the existing space. You can be any gender, orientation, race, nationality, or religion – everyone is welcome.
