Room available near Prospect Park

We have a room available in our spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom rent stabilized apartment located in Prospect Park South. Rent is $943, not including utilities (~50-60 a month).

The room is spacious and can accommodate a queen bed plus desired furniture. You would be living with three other quiet and friendly roommates in their mid/late 20s. The shared spaces include a large common area and a spacious kitchen with more than enough storage and countertop space.

The building itself has an elevator, is cleaned daily, undergoes monthly exterminator visits, and has a live-in super (who is very respondent and helpful). Preferably no pets, as one of us is very allergic.

The apartment itself is a short walk to Prospect Park, very close to the B/Q (~10 minute walk) and the 2/5 (~15 minute walk), with several other bus routes within a short walking distance. Additionally, there’s a Citibike station directly in front of the building. We’re right off of Flatbush Ave, which has lots of shops, local restaurants, fast food options, and several grocery stores conveniently nearby. There are several laundromats nearby and three different gym chains in the vicinity as well.
