The apartment is directly across the street from the Prospect Park Parade Grounds and 1 block away from the Q & B trains at Church Ave, which will get you to Manhattan in 20-30 minutes.

The entire apartment was fully renovated and painted in 2023.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances. Rez never uses the kitchen so it will be all yours.

The living room has a 4 person dining table w/ chairs and also gets plenty of sun coming in from the 2 large windows.

The building is equipped with a reliable elevator & laundry.

The super lives in the building and is extremely friendly and takes great pride in his work: any issues are addressed immediately with a kind smile.

This neighborhood is one of the best in all of Brooklyn in my opinion, mostly because Prospect Park is our backyard (or more accurately our frontyard). It is home to lots of artists, musicians and young families so it is quiet and actually feels like a real community. It is very safe and quiet.

I have lived here for the last 3 years and I love it but I am going to spend this winter snowboarding in VT but I will be available to assist with any issues that may come up.
