Hi all! We have a room opening up in our newly renovated, PLG/Flatbush apartment (2 blocks from Prospect Park ) and we're looking for a great, new roommate to add to the mix. The room is available starting December 1. You would be the third tenant on the lease. Message if interested, details below!

- Clean, bright bathroom with natural light
- Items (excluding accent chair, bicycle, and table) along the left wall of the living room will be removed once current tenant moves out

- Two short blocks from Prospect Park
- Tons of great bars, coffee shops and restaurants nearby (steps from Peppa’s Jerk Chicken)
- 5-minute walk to Parkside Q and Church Ave B/Q stops

Roommates:
- Two cheerful, tidy, considerate young men in their mid- to late-twenties. One works remotely for the ACLU and the other is a freelance writer.
- Our vibe: we love cooking meals together, having a chat at the end of the day and a drink together before a night out but we’re also totally happy letting each other do their own things.
- We love animals but they aren't allowed in our lease! No couples please.

- Will need to fill out an application provided by the leasing agency
- 1 month's rent + security deposit is required
