Hello! My roommate and I are looking for someone to join our 3-bed 1-bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The apartment is about a 6 minute walk to the Sterling 2/5 and 12 minute walk to the Prospect Park B/Q; it has in-unit laundry, a large fire escape/balcony situation, many many books & two big lazy cats.

My roommate is in a PhD and I work in publishing—we're pretty laidback, friendly, and considerate, and hope you are too! We love this apartment and are looking for a long-term roommate, but we're more than happy to start month-to-month to see if we're a fit.
