Brooklyn Getaway

We are a long-term couple with two hilarious and cuddly cats and we are looking to host travelers, and locals who are in need of a cozy, short to to semi-short term stay.

Our home is a spacious and airy, and is only a 5 minute walk to the subway (Q and B lines) gorgeous green and gold Prospect Park, and right off of a major avenue (Flatbush near Parkside Ave) filled with amazing restaurants, coffee shops (want the best jerk chicken you will ever eat? It's on our block) and more.

You would rent out our guest room, and have access to a large bathroom, roomy kitchen and shared living room, which features a barbell weight set for the active types, and a flat screen for enjoying shows and films (we share access to our subscriptions and film library).

We are both gender-non-conforming people, and welcome folks of any gender and identity. We are artists and creative professionals, and do a large chunk of work from home.

Photos reflect the room in process pre-new paint job and furnishing (it will have a twin bed, clothes rack, shelf, and A/C unit, being installed end of July). You will have WiFi.

Applicants should expect to have a video call interview if in person is not possible. References are welcomed, but not a make or break.
