Hi there! We are Anna and Ella and we are looking to add a person onto our current lease in a 3 bed, 1 bath apartment located in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The room has a spacious closet and a balcony and the apartment includes a large modern bathroom, dishwasher, and an open kitchen/living room. Our building is rent-stabilized and has so many incredible amenities including an elevator, laundry, gym, a huge basement communal space, and 2 rooftop areas. We are only a 3 min walk from the 2/5 train and 10 minutes from the Q (and Prospect Park)! Looking for another tidy, on-the-go Brooklynite to fill the room!
