Cozy Bedroom Available

We are in the PLG area and looking for another girl to fill our 5 bedroom/ 2 bath 2 story apartment! Our apartment is steps away from the Q train allowing a commute to the city to be as little as 20 minutes. We have two bathrooms one of which you would share with two other girls. The kitchen, living room, and patio are all communal.

Our ideal roomie is 23+, preferably out of school (the apartment can be loud at times and can be difficult for students to study etc) and pet free!

This cozy bedroom is perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of furniture or knows how to make good use of a small space.
The Backdoor allows private access to our back patio which is PERFECT for the summer time.

We are friendly and go out often but also love to stay in and have movie nights! We occasionally host game nights and throw parties but not more than a few a year and always confirm that the day is okay with everyone before finalizing!

We’re a very respectful and clean bunch. We like to have roommate check ins at least once a month to ensure we’re all on the same page and contributing to a harmonious (and fun) living environment!

First month’s rent and deposit needed to move! Your portion of utilities is discounted due to the room being the smallest in the apartment.
