You would be sharing the apartment with me (57, female), occasional Airbnb guests, and my 19/20-year-old children when they visit, along with my two friendly dogs.

The apartment features a spacious living room, an eat-in kitchen with full amenities, and a large deck overlooking a bamboo covered courtyard.

Located on a quiet block, the neighborhood itself is lively and offers everything you need, including local restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and bodegas.

We are a 3-minute walk from the Parkside Stop of the Q train. 10 minutes to downtown Brooklyn, 20 minutes to Manhattan.
